Using Cadmium free pigments, usage of lesser energy in our factory and maintaining the greenery around - is our regular practice. We use recycled paper for our packing materials for environmental concerns. Greener India is our promise.

Our directors are a constant motivational force for our people. Their relentless effort to improve work culture, understanding people’s touch-points and problems relating both the workplace as well as family has resulted in a unique situation of no labour union, no labour problem and no man-days loss.
We also regularly vaccinate our entire workforce for Covid 19 and we have distributed many oxygen cylinders during the Covid 19 oxygen shortage.
We organize Blood Donation Camps 3-4 times a year, during peak summer as well as between Durga Puja and Deepavali when the crisis is maximum, where about 300+ units are donated. Most of our employees, family members of our Directors, relatives, friends and our associates take active part by donating their blood.
We patronage activities of Environment Conservation and Bio-Diversity protecting NGOs like WWF, Greenpeace through close association and regular contribution. We sponsor children in SOS Village, Rupayan (Home-for-Children at risk); we contribute for treatment of children from under-privilege section of society through NGOs (Relief India Trust). We are also actively associated with Drug de-addiction and Rehabilitation.
We associate with NGOs like Anwesha Kolkata who are engaged in the upliftment of physically challenged children (hearing deficient) through various kinds of sponsorship of events. We have also associated with Charitable events like Darjeeling Police Half-Marathon during 2018.
Regular interactive sessions of employees are held with professionals. Lectures and meetings are also held to motivate them to not only increase their productivity but also to improve their quality of lives. Our CMD and other Directors take leading roles in these efforts.
Protection of Environment
Protection of environment from our production waste is one of our missions. We are firm on our commitment and adopted the following measures:
- Proper Effluent Treatment plant is in place
- Treated water is used for gardening purpose
- Factory wastes are sold to respective vendors
- Rainwater conservation practice is followed
- Silencers and Chimneys are installed to reduce air & noise pollution
- 60 cottah of greenery within our factory campus is under regular maintenance and continuous
- Grooming towards our small contribution to make our Earth better for living
